Leamington and District Badminton Association (LDBA) represents badminton clubs in and around Leamington Spa who wish to play competitive badminton against other clubs in the area.
The Association is affiliated to Badminton England and is open to any club that wishes to become a member and is governed by Rules and Articles of Association as agreed by member clubs from time to time. The league season commences on the second Monday in September and ends on the second Friday in April the following year. All clubs have to submit their team nominations by June in each year to enable leagues to be compiled and match fixtures arranged for the forthcoming season. For the 2009 - 10 season we have 17 member clubs representing 20 mens doubles teams in 3 divisions, 21 mixed doubles teams in 3 divisions and 8 ladies doubles teams in a single division.
In addition the Association also organises open and closed handicap competitions through out the year.
